How to Start a TiE Group:
First, simply ask two colleagues whom you know to be a seeking-growth Christian or a spiritual seeker and invite them to join you on a journey. Most people are trying to make sense of everyday life and they are looking to spirituality as a way to get there.
Second, by meeting once a week for 30 – 60 minutes before work, after work or at lunch, a TiE Group allows us to swap wonderful or scary stories, to discuss what we are reading, to share what we are learning about ourselves or others and to pray for each other.
